Jewelry Care

All my jewelry is handmade with care from silver or gold and polished to a beautiful shine. Each piece is made to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish on your jewelry. 

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the silver. Pieces should be stored in individual bags. 

To clean your jewelry, clean with mild, soapy water and polish with a soft jewelry polishing cloth (one is included with each order). Do not submerge in cleaning chemicals, as they can be damaging to the stones and weaken the silver.

Shipping

 

All items are shipped safely from Jalisco, Mexico using registered post by Correos de Mexico. International orders take between 2-5 weeks to arrive. Thank you for your patience! Sometimes this can take longer than usual. If your piece takes more than 3 months to arrive (it can happen!), a refund is issued in the form of store credit, or I could build a custom piece for you.

Packages are not insured. If you want yours insured, please pay for FedEx shipping.
Shipping upgrades available with FedEx (2-4 day arrival time). We offer free FedEx upgrade on orders more than $500.

*International buyers are responsible for duties, fees and taxes charged by their country. In the 300+ orders that we have mailed, none have incurred in any additional fees, but we mention this in case it happens.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and in the form of store credit. Sale pieces are non-refundable. If you feel you need to return a piece for some reason, please contact me. We do not accept returns on damaged pieces. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Layaway

We offer payment plans to any piece more than $200. These can be done in installments of 3 payments over one month. Send us a message about the piece you'd like and we will bill you separately through PayPal.
